looks to me like they have more than likely recognized the horror of the situation, relize they represent the only possible remedy, and have virtually authorized lower tier politicians with balls and not on the NRA payroll to move to protect their communities from idiots empowered by greedy gun manufacturers

the secondary message is that the court, en banc, probably will not validate the current nonsense interpretation should they hear it, except the bought twins, Scalia and Thomas

Burger provided the appropriate read on the 2nd Amendment

whenever any party finally gets it to the court, the language will determine, just like the gay rights ruling

let us hope the gun bozos get "their day in court"...they won't like it..
