FYI, An update on the BK. Official papers have been filed for the final decree. Here is what is says.

NOTICE OF MOTION FOR FINAL DECREE CLOSING CASE

TO: ALL INTERESTED PARTIES AND THEIR COUNCEL OF RECORD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 17, 1998 at 2:p.m. in the Courtroom 302 of the above-entitled Court located at 21041 Burbank Boulevard, Woodland Hills, California, Debtor TMM, Inc. will move this Court for a Final Decree closing the case pursuant to Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure FRBP Rule 3022.
This motion shall be based upon the fact that Debtor TMM, Inc. has complied with all requirements under the terms of the Second Amended Plan of Reorganization (October 3, 1994), [hereafter the "Plan"].
The Court entered its Order Confirming Debtor's Plan on October 25, 1994. All payments have been made as required by the Plan. All motions, contested matters and adversary proceedings have been finally resolved. TMM, Inc. has complied with all provisions of the Plan.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PURSUANT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULE 111(1) (G), ANY INTERESTED PARTY DESIRING TO OPPOSE THE MOTION MUST FILE A WRITTEN OPPOSITION WITH THE COURT AND SERVE A COPY ON THE DEBTOR'S ATTORNEY NOT LATER THAN 11 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING DATE. PURSUANT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULE 11(1)(J), FAILURE TO FILE AND SERVE A TIMELY OPPOSITION MAY BE DEEMED BY THE COURT TO BE CONSENT TO THE GRANTING OF THE MOTION.
