Ha ha!! I cannot walk by the computer without being totally sucked in. I promise myself that I am just going to check my email, or my stocks, and then suddenly several hours have gone by, and I have not even gotten dressed or anything and is noon. Not a very evolved way to live somehow! In fact, Jane was just discussing cyber addiction at Feelings, very perceptively, really!
The Rambi thread is, indeed, delightfully silly sometimes. A real relief from ugly, serious topics. Although I must say some of the posts are silly in such an intellectual way that I have trouble understanding them, particularly Alex's. I think he must have an IQ of about 300.
I think I might go mountain climbing later. Well, it is paved trail and everything, at Mount Tamalpais. I'm not nearly coordinated enough to be scaling a sheer cliff. I am just barely able to get my boot laces through all the right holes and tie them without getting them all in knots.
Have fun in your garage! Cleaning is very satisfying, emotionally speaking. At least that is what I tell myself when I am trying to summon motivation. I really much prefer sitting around, though, to be perfectly honest.
