Chris,
The IRL file in my QPdata subdirectory, Q2irldat.mdx, is dated 3/14/99. Make sure the subscription tab in QP setup has IRL-industry groups selected along w/ other services you've subscribed to download. If that fails I don't have any other quick solution.
