Nice of you to call your comment about oligarchs "simple truth", it certainly suggests that a simple mind produced it. The distinction you draw between evil government and evil non-government doesn't exist in any practical sense, only than to provide you an argument too weak to merit further response. What you are calling government is generically just ultimate power, and it matters little whether it is exercised by a 100% private sector death squad or a sheriff presenting a bureaucrat's signature. On this board there have been a number of hysterical ninnies babbling about care rationing, death panels, about how only the magic virtues of certain economic and behavioral theories can bring about efficient results and so on. For practical purposes this stuff may as well be Marxist dogma or anarcho-capitalism, although it seems to serve here mostly as a public form of mutual mental masturbation.
