INC. announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with Land Connect
Dominican Communications S.A., a division of Land Connect Caribbean
Communications, S.A. for purposes of forming a joint venture for the

approximate value of US $1 billion per annum with one of Dominican Republic's
leading telecom companies.
