looks like a pick up in volume this morning.... in order for ALTS to move in the future, the rest of the market likely needs to mend. not going to be much interest in a penny stock (even if the company is improving) until investors feel they have a little "gambling" money. of course, with the daily volume in ALTS, it wouldn't take much of that "gambling" money to move it....whose roll is it?
