dr risk should be able to help you assess the jb stuff.risk inherent in letting bondholders jump ahead of shareholders in case of claims against assetts... taxi can explain how this could affect the shareholders..if he ever comes back to the boards.. he has been busy with the towncars.com thing.. i await his reply.
