S -- Interesting take on it from the INTCites - DEC wants MSFT to take them seriously as an alternative platform for the NT, so they try to throw a monkey wrench into INTC's PII launch, threaten them with an injunction, and hope that MSFT and the OEMs see them as a realistic alternative. Desperation? Perhaps. Doesn't help them that CYRX, the ultimate reverse engineering specialist, has chimed in.
