Until these bonds are sold the stock cannot move above 1-1/2. People would buy the bonds rather than the stock. In fact I assume the stock will go down tomorrow. Let's hope that the bonds are sold quickly. If they are not they will be as much of a drag as the Hunt convertables were. Why couldn't we have done this six months ago?
