The county has an easement through the area and it takes in part of both of our lots. He ignores the pin on his side and points to mine as the property line.

Had a case of that locally. A guy built a garage and 3' of it was over the line. Years later he wanted to expand the garage and the neighbors said no. A survey was done and he had to remove the 3' of garage plus another 3' of set back.
