Chris, thanks for reminding me , WCEC sort of slipped off my radar after I sold (for a profit, but too soon) I like this one only because the resulting company should be a lot stronger than the sum of its parts.... They will have a strong (ish) Internet presence, but the thing that intrigues me is VDCT s focus on DVD. That was a HUGE seller last Xmas season and sales continue. Soon DVD will equal or surpass tape as a rental format, and VDCT stands to gain big with their deal with the studios. Gambling on DVD at the time took some guts, but I feel that it was a good bet. I will try to get some cheap shares and hold on into news (or rumor) of the acquisition. MG
