Absolutely, YES! You are responsible for your own health. If I don't like the way the medicine feels, I stop taking it and call the doctor. My wife just got some progressive glasses from the optomitrist. She doesn't like them. She can't see well enough at any distance. Should she sue? It was her choice to select progressives. Yes, YOU are responsible for your own trades. You could have walked out the door.
