The terror alert was raised on election day but the press didn't report it. I noticed it on the news channel scroll on election day. frankly though I think the Bushies had given up by then trying to scare people. Rove's old tricks weren't working so they were paralyzed. All they could think of was insulting Kerry for a gaffe and Harold Ford for being a horny black guy.
