The other son would be happy to sell it and get it done. Problem is he lives in Florida and this is Illinois. He doesn't want to travel up here, get a lawyer and go through the hassle. Neither brother needs the money. The brother that is handling the estate was going to paint the inside and put in new cheap carpeting and charge the estate $50k. Never did it but he did patch a hole in the kitchen floor from a roof leak but didn't fix the roof. Now he's painted the windows black so no one can see in. He hasn't been there in 3 years.
