I just opened an e-mail from the Obama campaign. It said they wanted to let their supporters know how they did at fundraising in September. They'll be making their official report tomorrow. The e-mail includes a link to a video, where David Plouffe (Obama campaign manager) talks about the numbers for September. There were 632,000 new donors to the campaign in September, bringing the number of people who have contributed to over three million. The total raised for the month of September is over 150 million dollars. Average donation throughout the campaign? 86 bucks. All I can say is wow. - Allen PS: Insomnia sucks.
