On the subject of Bill gates, no one asked the question: "If you chose a different operating system, would you be able to find applications to run on it?" That was the problem with OS-2 as native applications were comparatively stable (after listening to the cries of woe after the '95 brain transplant.) On the subject of PDA's, in this weeks PC Magazine, they review about 20 different PDA's including the Psion, the latest Apple Newton, the Nokia 9000, AT&T's cellularPDA, and several others. The 3Com Palm Pilot gets Editors Choice award. None of the cellular PDA's nor the WinCE devices were recommended as practical.
