The governor of Connecticut says he will ban people on federal terror lists from buying firearms in the state

Gov. Dannel P. Malloy of Connecticut announced on Thursday that he would sign an executive order that would ban people on federal terror watch lists from buying firearms in the state.
Mr. Malloy said Connecticut would become the first state in the nation to undertake such a measure.
