Poor guy. I guess he didn't realize America loves a freak show:

news.yahoo.com

You CAN ask a question; you just better hope like Hell no presidential candidate singles you out and decides to make you part of a campaign debate...

Those who are singled out, for whatever reason, often come to regret it.

Poor Joe is confused why he has been singled out. Had he merely asked a question no one would know who he was. Thousands of men and women have asked questions in this campaign. John McCain decided to make Joe the "Everyman"- and when you offer to help the guy buy a business, people are going to say "Hey, who is this guy John McCain wants to help out?"

So Joe, if you're out there, the guy you need to be pissed at is John McCain. John McCain elevated you from quesitoner to icon. The media always does this- regardless of who elevates the little everyman- but John McCain, he should have known better. It's not like we haven't all seen it happen a million times before- and people read these stories, because people are interested in the lives of others- the more salacious and ridiculous the lives, the better.
