I guess that is not really true, since two years ago Naxos
allegedly had a deal on the table with Allen and Co, with
presumably far less "proof" than we have now.

It is the behind the scenes activity that is important in cutting deals. If Allen and Co was to put money into Naxos I am sure it was because they probably knew enough of ledoux to trust them. They didn't need several hundred holes drilled, they just needed a few holes and a company such as Ledoux to stand behind Naxos. Unfortunately, the whole delisting debacle (among other things) occured and we lost out on that deal. If Naxos can't get a financing deal based upon what is already known and the data that we expect over the next couple of months, then something is awry and management should be held accountable.

Now I am really bored.
