Believe it or not, I bought 3,000 shares on Fri. at $18.00

The price drop is mainly due to two of the MM's shorting the stock.

However, the fact that Gruder did another Reg. S. has seemed to scare away a few people.

The T/A I did on this stock a while ago suggested that if we broke
18 1/2 we could drop to 16 ~ 16 1/2. I have not done a up to date T/A
on it, put plan to tonight. However, I feel that this should be at or near the low.
