Thanks for your comments. The attitude that a stock board is a cheerleading venue only gets really old. People need to hear all sides of a story then make up their own minds. Taking into account a negative view can save you thousands of dollars (or cost you), but it is your decision. That is the point of a discussion. Otherwise it is worthless.
