So what exactly is a machine gun anyway? Is it just a fully auto fire arm? Does it apply to modified semis? If you removed the front guard from some models of semi auto, the recoil against your hand can cause the weapon to repeatedly fire, simulating full automatic, does this qualify? I guess what I need is a link to the definitions on this one, anyone got one?
