Well, I hate to say this, but I think I'd believe the private investor. If there were "certain terms", it'd be easy enough to verify whether they were met or not. And if the private investor simply reneged on the deal, FRYA would have legal recourse, I imagine. Potentially, at least. But then the PI was German, no? And didn't we just see an SEC filing in which a German converted his convertible debentures to equity? And what do we suppose he's done since??? Why YESSSS!! He's SOLD!! Typical Reg-S deal. FRYA, unfortunately, is obviously quite desperate. And this sort of desperation doesn't really attract supporters. Janice
