...where those comments were posted... ...what jurisdiction a Dutch court has in the matter... I don't know the answer to that. When I read the article, I had just presumed that either the plaintiff or the anonymous poster were Dutch or the website was based in the Netherlands, and that the post was written in a language other than English, and that the problem was simply a European problem. EK!!!
