If you have ever smelled Houston, it makes logical sense that Green Oasis will be able to meet all requirements there for a 1000 gal pump unit operation and not harm the air in the slightest. Oil in Houston is the "smell" of money as hog lot stench is the "smell" of money here in Iowa.
It also makes logical sense to move the entire operation to Houston for that very reason. Why it has remained in Charleston (which seems to have a "stench" of it own) for this long with so many stringent "guidelines" and "regulations" is a question that can only be answered by Mr. B.C. My guess is that it has to do with family ties. October is a nice time of year in Houston. I'm looking forward to it.
It looks like timeliness is keeping the existing unit in operation until the prospective clients can see it. I can understand this situation, so can you (you all). After that it's, get the hell out of town and get to where one less obstacle exists. Don't forget, Houston has seaport (gulf) access as does Charleston.
The only drawback here is that it is going to take more time to get up production of the next unit. Does anyone know if Pete McDonough is still in the picture? Someone has to put these things together. You know, twist nuts and push buttons.
