Richard, We all have been burned with a market order and I still hold my breath when I feel it is the only way I can grab the stock immediately. My experience has been that they can/should look at the "tape" and "Time" to determine what went down however if you do not stay on their ass and I mean stay on their ASS they will give you some lame excuse/ reason. Good Luck and stay on their ass! John PS Threatening or taking your account elsewhere will have absolutely no effect...IME Misery doesn't like company but my experience cost me $1,800 Hard Lesson for me ...I didn't STAY on their ass. :-( PSS Don't let them get away with the "Are you sure you are getting realtime prices" Excuse number 1,200,432
