FYI, I still hold some shares of BNEZ at my house and I got my 3 spin off shares today in the mail real nice colors, blue, purple and a light red for the 3 companies i have put the certs under water, light, high pressure oxygen test, burn test from my FAA flight manual and even got out my russian decoder, when i couldn't figure out any info, I went to the BNEZ home page for investor relations but it was still under construction. Finally, I got out my tony the tiger magnifying glass and did decipher the follow, .001 cent par value per share, I will sleep well tonight mitchell
