How can you still possibly have this problem? It's right in the filing, believe it or not, in plain English. To reiterate a statement I previously made: it's right there, in the middle of a 23 page document, usually quoted as a sentence fragment out of context and interpreted to by many to mean ZULU gets 80% - automatically. All the ZULU favoured interpretations of the document seem to revolve around that one sentence fragment. I've read the document end-to-end at least a couple of times, and read that section a few times more. I don't believe the 80% regardless of market value and asset value is a correct assumption. BF
