This list contains a number of past and current links to information pertaining to JMAR Technologies (JMAR) and will be added to when new links are found. JMAR provides equipment to the DNA/Gene chip industry, is entering the Internet/Broadband telecommunications chip market (ULD, FIFO, Network Processors), and has been working on a process to manufacture smaller computer chips (called X-ray Lithography) for 10 years with the assistance of over $20 million in funding from the US Army DARPA program. The X-ray program also has spinoff uses in biology, aging, cancer, Nanotomography, etc. JMAR is considered a leader in soft X-rays.
JMAR has recently hired some of the most prominent scientists in the world in x-ray /lasers to add to
its already formidable team of laser experts. Some of JMAR's customers are: IBM, Intel Corp., Litton, Medtronics, Quantum, Read Rite, Seagate, FEI, Lexmark International Inc, The Gilette Company, Xerox Corp., RF Micro Devices, Affymetrix, Lucent, Innovex, Polymer Flip Chip, Advanced Reproductions and Laser Light. JMAR has 3 divisions, JMAR PRECISION SYSTEMS (JPSI), JMAR SEMICONDUCTOR (JSI), AND JMAR RESEARCH (JRI).
