Ned,

If the corporation moved to Houston, the processor would obviouly be moved. However, I know of no firm plans to take this action. However, this shutdown is solely due to the inefficiencies of operation that have been imposed by the restrictive nature of the current DHEX permit.

Moving the processor and company was only discussed in vague generalities months ago when I asked what the consequences might be of more foot dragging by DHEX(C) and the relocation was discussed as an extreme option.

The partnership processor seems to be capable already of handling upwards of 800+ GPH as is given that P1(pump) output was only 17% when I last witnessed it in opertion. I believe a wider diameter column might be the only change necessary for an upgrade to 1000gph. Except that the pumps might be required to handle a greater capacity as well (don't know for sure).

The AMBIX processor is slated to be a 1000gph and from the location in Bay City, TX, I believe somehow EVSI, or related parties, are still involved to some limited extent. EVSI has been suffering through some apparent restructuring issues as of late, so I can't say they are officially involved, but I do remember that in my discussion with them last May, Mr. Evans mentioned that they had few doubts about the efficacy of the process and had been studying the technology since the previous October.

Regards,

Ron
