The euphemistically named 'tax rebate' I think will go over once, and for as lax and ignorant as most Americans are, another such attempt will be met with incredible skepticism, as inflation will have already ramped up a notch or two, the dollar will have declined further, the Chinese may not want to do the drop, the federal deficit will be exploding again, regardless of how they lie about it or try to hide it.

I actually thought this week could be a two-week buying opportunity, but not much more. I was surprised it faded so quickly.
