ETCH - Elite Technologies Purchases Worldtouch

ATLANTA, Aug 28, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Elite Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:
ETCH) announced today that it has purchased Worldtouch, Inc. (formerly
Worldtouch, LLC) in a stock for stock transaction.

Scott Schuster, Chairman and CEO of Elite said, "Worldtouch provides products
and services which integrate into our kiosk products. Through their Voice Over
IP product, our Kiosk product lines are now able to become telecommunication
devices with voice integration for long distance telephone service. I believe
these products will expand Elite's marketability in the kiosk industry, as well
as expand Elite's presence in the overseas marketplace."

Todd Holbrook, President of Worldtouch stated, "We intend to utilize Elite's
foreign distribution channels through its other subsidiaries to immediately
expand the Worldtouch services to the Caribbean and Middle East. Elite has
