UPTIME Plus is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. On-site installation for Genesis2 and Genesis4 systems and one year on-site support is available at no cost for the first year to any MicroNet customer who purchases a Genesis RAID system in the USA.
Over 200 UPTIME Plus technicians are strategically located throughout the United States to provide the best possible service and quickest response time to calls. Each expert technician has been carefully trained on all major platforms and operating systems and for application-specific environments to promptly understand and resolve problems. Additionally, if on-site support is needed, a MicroNet technician will arrive at the customer's location by the next day, ensuring that downtime is cut to a minimum. A customer can also opt for the four-hour, on-site response plan at an additional cost.
