Well, I admit it would take some time, but its certainly doable. Take the Seals for example. They have two teams that I am aware of. One on the West Coast and one on the East Coast. Increase each team 50% and add a new team on the South Coast, say in Texas or even Florida and you've got the people, now its just a matter of training. Since it takes a long while to train a Seal team, (basically their training never ends) and only a small minority make it through basic that will mean several years to complete the buildup, but I think its doable. As to Florida, we got a nice base, HOMESTEAD that is basically inactive since Hurricane Andrew some years ago. I think it would be an IDEAL place to situate a Seal team. Good jump off point for South and Central America. jdn
