Big Dog,
I need to add to my response to you. I would have been more accurate to say that TA and fundametals (which is really what you are talking about) should be used together for stock selection. Fundamentals tell you WHAT to buy and technicals tell you WHEN to buy or sell depending. Usually, TA's don't do too much analysis on the fundamentals and the reverse of that is true too. I like TA. I havnen't much interest in crunching a companies numbers. I'll leave that to ValueLine.
