I second, third, forth, fifth, we want you to continue posting, your insight and feedback is much appreciated by many of us on this thread and other threads, I have not made enough to buy a new house, but I have made enought to buy a new car, go IMRS..........

PS. As mentioned on Oprah, if you want to become a millionare, the key is to be frugal, I will not be buying a new car! My middle name is frugal!
