Possibly due to insufficient buyers. This is a Datek crock. Did you see the volume the first half hours buyers and sellers. I've never seen an example where a sign pops up sorry no buyers. Where theres a bid there is a buyer. What Datek means is they can't find a buyer on island and there orders have 0 priority with MM. MM fill customers from all brokerages except Datek (Unless in there favor)then move away so datek orders end up on the bid or ask depending which way the stock is moving away from you. Also when you recieve a partial fill and your order moves to the back this is so datek can churn more commissions from other people. Example. You sell 1000 shrs at 12. Your first in line with 5 people at 12. You get 77 shrs filled and move to the back. Next guy gets his fill etc. If stock moves away and you want in or out you have to cancel and reenter and pay another commission. Have a nice day
