Howdy all. I have been researching the Roth for about a week now and I don't know WHY it didn't dawn on me to check here. I will go back and read the posts here, but I was wondering if someone can answer a quick question for me.

I was told today that if you rollover a traditional IRA into a Roth, you can no longer contribute to that Roth. You can open up a NEW, separate Roth IRA, but that one is frozen to new contributions. Is that true?
