The idea of weighting PSR with margins would yield a more meaningful number. I think that is a great idea. Question is, how do you do it?

Margins are essential in analyzing value. Ken Fisher puts margins only behind PS and Research. But don't use margins for a screening tool. Doing so might not allow you to pick up the "glitch".

I'll give some thought to a formula that would weigh PS by margins. Oh, let's use net margin rather than gross, just because it is more readily available.
