AGENCY.COM to Develop Multi-Platform iTV Presence for Europe's Games Gateway
iTV Global Practice Area Wins Development Agreement with gameplay PLC

NEW YORK, Apr 5, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- AGENCY.COM (Nasdaq:
ACOM),announced today that its Interactive TV and Broadband Practice Area was
awarded a contract to develop interactive television games by gameplay PLC,
Europe's gateway to games. The agreement covers the development and
implementation of entertainment solutions across interactive TV channels that
allow users to browse, play and buy games through their television.

AGENCY.COM will build the iTV gaming presence for gameplay on digital TV
platforms throughout Europe. In addition, AGENCY.COM will grant gameplay the
exclusive European licensing rights to a library of existing games for set-top
boxes, and will develop additional games over the next two years.

Although the initial agreement focuses on the development of interactive
television solutions, it is expected that the partnership will extend across
multiple digital channels including Internet and emerging wireless technologies,
over the course of the next two years. The work will be led and developed out of
the AGENCY.COM : Copenhagen office, the center of excellence of the company's
global iTV and Broadband practice area.
