The market is saying that the INEL business is of questionable value,
which is probably a correct assessment unless mgmt can end the very
long streak of losses - or someone else can see a reason to buy it,
rather than just "eat their lunch" in the marketplace. The key
question to ask is what they have that someone does not have and
would want. I do not know enough to answer the question. (However,
if they could report a couple of positive quarters the stock would
do well, I believe.)
