Johan Fransson was acquired from Dallas as part of the Norstrom deal.....I think he will figure in the defensive mix this year, possibly in a regular 5-6 role....it depends on how he adjusts to North American hockey... "The Los Angeles Kings signed defenseman Johan Fransson to a one-year contract on 6/15/10. Terms of the deal were not released. The 25-year old Fransson played 54 games with Lulea HF of the Swedish Elite League last season, scoring 11 goals and adding 19 assists.
