(boy, I hope they get that blank page outtathere...sorry) Hey Mike, Thanks for all the splendid info. That is really appreciated by me and, I'm sure, everyone else on this thread. Did you get a feel for the terms of the private placement? Obviously, any new shares addied to what is already out there will dilute them. I get the impression that they won't be able to do much of anything with the cash as tight as it is...so the issue is needed. I wonder if there are warrants included in this deal and if so when those warrants will be excercisable. That'll be one key as to how this will or will not negatively impact current shareholders. I'm glad everyone is still excited with positive thoughts abought the future for the company. That attitude is neccesary for success. That attitude and more money... At least there are a lot of folks in financial circles who have faith in what is being done here. The fact they were lining up for the opportunity to participate is a positive. The only thing missing here is a large order or two for the Sedona SRV+. Tom
