I asked Sydney Rosenblatt,CFO about LUX, he said that their relationship existed because LUX is a small specialty manufacturer that provides PANL with the reflective black layer which will compliment the complete product line of PANL. This seems to be a very small part of PANL's overall plan but a complimentary piece none the less. I am not an owner of LUX and find it too small a player to really focus on. JMHO
