I should have mentioned that MB Trading gives you free Level II if you do fifty trades a month. The commissions range from $22.95 to $18.95 depending how many trades you do per month. You can trade SOES, Island, Selectnet, and ARCA. All trades of listed stocks have to be through ISI. Normally ISI isn't to bad but I did have one bad experience with them last week.

Overall I rate them better than any others online brokers I have tried. I've had or still have accounts with Fidelity, ETrade, Discover, Quick and Rielly, Waterhouse and MB Trading. There is no comparison between the others and MB Trading.
