Any comments on this? - Intel's CE to sell 400k shares - Isn't that a lot? Why does everyone always panic when someone sells a few shares? biz.yahoo.com The guy just exercised options for 1,232,336 shares. With this sale and a previous 700,000 sale he's still added over 100,000 shares. His holdings are listed as 840,120 directly and 1,680,240 indirectly (his wife or a trust probably owns them). Even if the 400,000 came out of the 840,120 shares listed he still has a total of over 2,000,000 shares.
