I wonder whether Texas as well as other states would want a cheap source of energy for soil pollution remediation sites in remote locations? Maybe areas like Texas already have sources of cheap energy such as natural gas, but if there are super fund sites without such sources, locating a GRNO plant there could pay for itself and then some. Old abandoned oil fields tend to be a mess. Charles
