Fugazi, I tend to agree w/ you. I think IDTI's strategy (small die size, lower power ,cheap uP etc)makes all the sense in the world, but their timing sucks. The fact that INTC is mothballing fabs because of a processor inventory glut says a lot about future pricing, IMHO. Because of the huge depreciation cost associated with fabs, the last thing any manufacturer wants to do is mothball a fab. If INTC is doing this, they must have a lot of inventory sitting around. How badly do ya think they want to turn that inventory into $$$.
