James No skin off my nose. The message may be a reflection of the facts. The way the message is delivered is a reflection of the messenger. I always do appreciate diverse and contrarian opinions presented in a civil manner. It forces me to scrutinize my own rationale so that I can never claim I wasn't told. I have no major disagreement with your observations about management, but there are better ways to address these issues, the next shareholders meeting is one of those opportunities. JMHO Jan
